PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin based multi-layer extrusion-molded article which has a good wood quality feeling, and at the same time, is superior in weather resistance. SOLUTION: The front surface material front surface of the multi-layer extrusion-molded article which is constituted by including a front layer material 2 in which a colored resin being excellent in weather resistance is made of the base resin and a base material 1 is sanding-treated. Thus, this multi-layer extrusion-molded article having the wood quality feeling, which has fine unevenness, and is placed under a surface lusterless state is provided. As the base resin, preferably a resin which is selected from a group consisting of a polymethyl methacrylate resin, an acrylonitrile/acrylic rubber/styrene copolymerized resin, an acrylonitrile/ethylene-propylene rubber/styrene copolymerized resin, and a polymethyl methacrylate resin/styrene copolymerized resin is used.
