PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio relay device capable of increasing theoretically the number of radio communication sets, which can offer simultaneous conversation, endlessly even after the radio relay device is completed as product, by adding a voice signal, to which output signals of two or more receiving demodulation means are added, to an output signal of a receiving demodulation means of another radio relay device additionally. SOLUTION: The radio relay device comprises: two or more receiving demodulation means for receiving wireless radio wave and demodulating a voice signal; an external input terminal for inputting the voice signal; a mixer for adding each demodulation signal outputted by two or more receiving demodulation means and the voice signal inputted from the external input terminal; a modulation transmission means for modulating the voice signal and transmitting it as wireless radio wave; a switch for operating or stopping the modulation transmission means; and an external output terminal for outputting the voice signal added by the mixer to exterior.
