PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, in a conventional sporting event, that the latent desire of a spectator to compete with a player in the quickness of reflexes is not satisfied. SOLUTION: A start sign mark light to be the sign of a sporting event start and a start action mark light to be turned while linked with the start action of the players who perform the start actions in response to the start sign mark light are arranged so as to be photographed in the same image by the spectator. Thus, the spectator himself/herself compares the quickness of his/her reflexes with that of the players through the use of: the on/off states of the start sign mark light of a photograph image photographed by depressing a shutter button in response to the start sign mark light; and also the start action mark light.
