This invention relates to novel 2,3-diamino-quinazolinone derivatives having medical utility, to use of the 2,3-diamino-quinazolinone derivatives of the invention for the manufacture of a medicament, to pharmaceutical compositions comprising the 2,3- diamino-quinazolinone derivatives of the invention, and to methods of treating a disord disease or a condition of a subject, which disorder, disease or condition is responsiv to activation of KV7 channels. A 2,3-diamino-quinazolinone derivative of Formula (I) a stereoisomer or a mixture of its stereoisomers, or a pharmaceutically-acceptable addition salt thereof, or an N-oxide thereof.
