REMOTE CONTROLLED AUTOMATED HIGHRISE WALL & WINDOW 'KINGWASHER' MACHINE

摘要

An automated remote control machine for cleaning the walls and windows of high rise buildings without manpower amounted to it. The machine has three capabilities that comprises of a water jet. a rotating brush and an air blower. The machine is amounted in between two parallel steel cables run from a rail at the top of a building with an additional two centre cables to provide safety and as stabilizer for wind load. The machine is mounted and fixed to the cables and immovable, the controlled cables will move upwards and vice versa. The motor at the top of the building will operate the cables movement and is controlled by remote from the control vehicle with balancing sensor at the bottom of the building. This control vehicle also houses the cable reels, and all the necessary equipment to power the various functions of the cleaning operation.
