The invention relates to a new completely natural dessert cream without saccharose added, comprising milk, wheat flour, pure milk proteins, one or more natural ingredients selected from egg yolk, chocolate, cocoa, coffee, natural extracts from vanilla berries, essential lemon oil, hazelnut and almond flavours and fruit of varying typologies, fructose, one or more fructooligosaccharides and optionally live and viable lactic bacteria at a high concentration, milk cream and/or isomalt. The invention also relates to a process for preparing said dessert cream. |
