Movement of the hinged joint (S) is introduced into the rack drive (6, 622, 63) via an internally-toothed segment (61). This (61) meshes with the toothed input wheel (621) of an intermediate shaft (62). The axis of rotation (Z) of the intermediate shaft is located between pivotal axes of the outer hinged joints. Internal teeth of the segment occupy no more than 180[deg] . In the closed position of the multi-pivot arm, this segment lies between the pivotal axis (S) and the outer skin of the door leaf (1).
