The vertical casting of an intermediary product comprises: (A) preparation of at least two aluminum based alloys with different compositions (P and T); (B) casting of the first alloy (P) to a given height; (C) casting of a supplementary given height with the second alloy (T). Independent claims are also included for : (1) the intermediary product obtained; (2) the production of a sheet from the intermediary product; (3) the sheet thus obtained; (4) the production of a section or bar from the intermediary product; (5) the section or bar thus obtained; (6) the production of a forged component from the intermediary product; (7) the forged component thus obtained; (8) a structural element able to be fabricated from the intermediary product.
