<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing having a simple structure, surely preventing creeping, facilitating fitting to a housing, and reducing cost, and a method for assembling the same. <P>SOLUTION: In a roller bearing device 1 provided with a creep prevention member preventing creeping between a bearing fitting hole 21 of the housing 20 and an outer ring 4 of the roller bearing fitted in the bearing fitting hole, a circumference groove 6 is provided on at least a part of an outer circumference surface of the outer ring 4, and the creep prevention member 10 of a shape having ends formed out of temperature sensitive deformation material is provided along the circumference groove 6 in the circumference groove 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
