摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment highly accurately and quickly calculating beam forming information. SOLUTION: A beam-forming information calculation section of this ultrasonic diagnostic equipment calculates an error coefficient (a) in each calculation point (xm), and equally divides the area of a region formed of a dot sequence of the error coefficients (a) and a focal position X-axis to form an approximate section K (S101-S106). The beam-forming information calculation section sets calculation points along the focal position x-axis in an ultrasonic beam direction for every formed approximate section K, on the assumption that an approximation errorΔτ<SB>j</SB>(x) in a calculation point is "0" or approximation errorsΔτ<SB>j</SB>(x) of a plurality of corresponding calculation points have same dimension and are positive/negative inverse, creates simultaneous equations consisting of at least (p+1) condition expressions (linear equations), finds the (p+1) solutions of the simultaneous equations, and calculates the (p+1) approximation coefficients of pth order polynomial equation indicating approximate delay quantity P<SB>j</SB>(x).
