<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding for snow-board which can be rotation-adjusted without tools, and also, can be removed from a snow-board without tools. <P>SOLUTION: This binding 100 couples a footwear such as a boot to a sports board 105. By the binding 100, the binding position in the board 105 can easily be adjusted, and in the meantime, the binding 100 can be removed from the board 105 so that the practicality for housing or carrying can be increased. The adjusting, engaging and removing functions between the binding 100 and the board 105 can be realized without tools or auxiliary constituent elements.
