PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating forming apparatus and a laminating forming method by which laminated forming goods of uniform thickness can be formed from an intermediate laminated goods. SOLUTION: The laminating forming apparatus is provided with a laminator 1 which laminates a laminating material A1 on a material to be laminated A2 to produce the intermediate laminated goods A3, a flattening press 2 which presses the intermediate laminated goods A3 at predetermined temperature to make its surface flat and a transportation means 3. The flattening press 2 is provided with a fixed board 20, a mobile board 21, a clamping means 22 which moves the mobile board 21 so as to be able to approach and retreat toward the fixed board 20 and a straight moving means 23 which guides the mobile board 21 so as to linearly move it in a direction perpendicular to its facing surface toward the fixed board 20. The straight moving means 23 is provided with a plurality of ball spline shafts 24 and ball spline tubes 25 each of which is provided at a corner part of the mobile board 21 and is inserted in each ball spline shaft 24.
