PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of utilizing cold heat discharged from an evaporating device for evaporating liquid at a remote place. SOLUTION: This cold heat utilizing system for utilizing the cold heat discharged from the evaporating device for evaporating the prescribed liquid comprises an ice making device for making slurry-like ice by releasing the supercooling state of supercooled water generated by utilizing the cold heat discharged from the evaporating device, and an ice conveying device for conveying the slurry-like ice made by the ice making device to a prescribed facility not adjacent to the evaporating device and utilizing the slurry-like ice.
