PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction method of a keyword temporally synchronized with a "scene" or "corner" of a television program that varies for the unit of a second synchronously with the lapse of time of a first content, an information retrieval method for retrieving and displaying a content in a predetermined form of a web page or the like based on the keyword, and information display apparatus and program. SOLUTION: An information presenting apparatus includes: an AV content output section for outputting the AV content (e.g., TV program or movie); and a web page output section in which a user is enabled to output a web page, without selecting a keyword every time, corresponding to the keyword related to a scene contained in the content being output by the AV content output section, and to automatically update the web page into a web page, when the scene is changed within the content, corresponding to the scene after the change.
