PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain outlet structure of a sink which prevents a covering lid from being rotated with respect to an opening, and can enhance watertightness between the opening and the covering lid without complicating shapes of first and second lid portions. SOLUTION: A basin of the sink has a first bottom surface 12 in a high position with a step 11 between, and a second bottom surface 13 in a lower position; a drainage opening 14 is formed in a state of being positioned on the first and second bottom surfaces 12 and 13; the drain outlet structure is equipped with the covering lid 18 which comprises a first semicircular lid portion 15 for closing a first semicircular opening 14A from above positioned at the side of the first bottom surface in the opening 14, a second semicircular lid portion 16 for closing a second semicircular opening 14B from above positioned on the side of the second bottom surface in the opening 14, and a connecting portion 17 for connecting the first and the second lid portions 15 and 16 to each other; and the covering lid 18 has a communication port 19 which communicates with the opening 14, and a rotation stopper 20 for inhibiting the rotation of the covering lid 18 by abutting on the opening 14.
