PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package requiring no perforations, can be opened and separated from a packaged item quite easily and smoothly while being twisted and peeled off from the packaged item after being packaged and shows a superior easy unsealing (or an easy peeling-off characteristic), and its manufacturing process. SOLUTION: This is a package shrink-packaged on a packaged item. A package 10 includes an annular packaged material main body 12 formed by a heat-shrinking film. The packaged material main body 12 has a seal part 16 for holding the packaged material main body 12 in an annular form. The seal part 16 includes an easy-peel resin layer 22 that can be applied to either a solvent-sealable, easy peelable seal structure or a heat-sealable, easy peelable seal structure. A series of tab pieces 18 having the substantially same length as that of the seal part 16, extending in parallel with the seal part 16 and assisting a seal-opening and seal-peeling operation performed at the seal part 16 are arranged near the seal part 16.
