PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a water tank applicable to a fire-extinguishing vehicle, that is to provide a compact water tank capable of securing a fixed capacity and safely discharging overflowing fire-extinguishing water to the outside. SOLUTION: The water tank is provided with a water tank main body 61 formed of FRP. Inside the water tank main body 61, a storage chamber is sectioned. The upper wall 62 of the water tank main body 61 sections a part of the storage part, an opening 70 communicating with the storage chamber is provided on the upper wall 62, and an annular groove 75 is provided on the upper wall 62. The fire-extinguishing water which overflows from the opening 70 is housed in the groove 75. On the front wall of the water tank main body 61, a guide groove 82 communicating with the groove 75 is provided. The guide groove 82 communicates with the outside.
