PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip prevention device of bedding quilts, which is capable of suppressing an installation frame from sliding outward from the edge part of a mattress even if a locking ring is pulled from a quilt side. SOLUTION: This slip prevention device includes: the locking ring 1 assembled by forming an approximately U-shaped frame shaft part 10 and receiving shaft parts 11a and 11b extending between the upper ends of the frame shaft part, slidably retaining vertical shaft portions 10a and 10b of the frame shaft part 10 to ringed portions 12a and 12b to lay a clamping crosspiece 12 therebetween, and clampingly retaining the edge part of the quilt by the receiving shaft portions 11a and 11b and the clamping crosspiece 12; and the installation frame 2 assembled by continuously forming two installation shaft portions 20a and 20b from a base shaft part 21, slidably retaining curved shaft portion 10c of the frame shaft part 10 by ringed portions 22a and 22b and bringing closer and displacing the installation shaft portions 20a and 20b by the sliding of the ringed portions 22a and 22b along the curved shaft portion 10c of the frame shaft part 10.
