PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a net lid-attaching structure capable of easily and surely opening up an opening part closed by the net lid, even when a disruptive and stringing state in an emergency requiring urgency, and to provide a method for attaching such a net lid. SOLUTION: This net lid-attaching structure consists of the net lid 10, attached to net body 11 having the opening part 12 and consisting of a net member having a form of closing the opening part 12; the net lid 10 attached by closing the opening part 12; and a piece of lid-attaching string 13, arranged as an upbringing yarn state by passing through the overlapped part of the body net 11 from one directional surface side to another surface side of the net, holding the net lid 10 and the body net 11 as the overlapped state and having a circular ring-formed part 13a, capable of being discriminated from the net lid 10 and the body net 11, in its arranged state at the center part of its entire length.
