#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves selecting a running speed of a person on an exercise device (1) freely, and synchronizing the speed of a motion image on a monitor (5) of a computer (4) with the running speed of the person. The exercise comprises an endlessly running belt, a drive (2) for the belt, and a control (3) for the speed of image. The exercise device is provided with a remote sensor (8) for determining the running speed of the person.
