A locker operating system using an electronic key with a memory chip capable of freely selecting an unused locker and an operating system thereof are provided to allow a user to freely select any lockers unnecessary to select the designated locker. An identified number is given to a locker(10). An electronic door lock(11) includes comparing data value and fixed data value for opening a door. A memory chip(21) stores the comparing data value and the fixed data value which are previously inputted to the electronic door lock. A reader/writer(41) reads the comparing data value and the fixed data value and converts the comparing data value to the other data value. |
