<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video display device, a video displaying method, a program and a video display system, capable of displaying the easier video to see in a manner that the video is easily recognized. <P>SOLUTION: A network investigating part 205 investigates throughput, a priority, an error rate, or the like as a profile of a network among a plurality of video distributing devices. An order determining part 206 determines orders of the plurality of video distributing devices themselves and/or orders of videos from the plurality of video distributing devices on the basis of the result of the investigation by the network investigating part 205.
