REMITTANCE CONTROL SYSTEM, REMITTANCE CONTROL METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe remittance system capable of reducing probability of suffering a fraud damage such as a billing fraud.

SOLUTION: The remittance system for controlling remittance is provided with: a remittance permitter storage part for storing a remittance permitter capable of permitting a remittance from a remittance source while being made to correspond to the remittance source; a remittance request receiving part for receiving a remittance request to a remittance destination; a permission request notification part for notifying the remittance request from the remittance source to the remittance permitter stored in the remittance permitter storage part while being made to correspond to the remittance source before remitting money to the remittance destination when the remittance request receiving part has received the remittance request; a remittance permission acquisition part for acquiring remittance permission indicating the permission of the remittance from the remittance permitter notified of the remittance request from the permission request notification part; and a remittance execution part for remitting the money to the remittance destination under a condition that the remittance permission acquisition part acquires the remittance permission.
