<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive apparatus capable of stabilizing the support of a moving member so that the output of an actuator for moving the moving member can be stabilized. <P>SOLUTION: The drive apparatus has a structure in which a slide element 330x moving by drivers 321x, 322x of an X-axis vibrator 320x are supported by two balls 337x, 338x, and the drivers 321x, 322x of the X-axis vibrator 320x are always positioned between them. In this way, the support of the slide element 330x is always stabilized without causing inclination in the slide element 330x within a moving range of the slide element 330x, and the output by the X-axis vibrator 320x for moving the slide element 330x is stabilized to stabilize the movement of the slide element 330x. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
