<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yaw bearing high in weather resistance and long in service life, rotatably supporting a nacelle of a wind turbine generator, and eliminating the need of lubricating material. <P>SOLUTION: The yaw bearing 11 rotatably supports the nacelle 34 of wind turbine generator 31, has a ring-like horizontal sliding plate 12 abutted with a lower face of the nacelle 34 to support a thrust load.
