<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device 10 in which a diffusion layer for a fuel cell of high porosity can be manufactured with less man hour and in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The diffusion layer 10 for the fuel cell is constituted of a drying room 11, a vacuum pump 20 to evacuate the drying room 11, a tray 12 for a diffusion layer intermediate 5 arranged in the drying room 11, a cooling medium supply means 13 to supply a cooling medium capable of freezing the diffusion layer intermediate 5 to the tray 12, a first heat supply means 15 to supply sublimation latent heat necessary for drying the frozen diffusion layer intermediate 5 to the tray 12, and a second heat supply means 19 to supply heat necessary for calcination of the dried diffusion layer intermediate 5 to the tray 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
