<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device improved in heat dissipation performance; a projector; and a monitor device. <P>SOLUTION: The light source device 1 has a support 11 and a semiconductor laser chip 12 mounted on the support 11, wherein the semiconductor laser chip 12 has an emitter 12a emitting light and an anode electrode 14 formed on a surface opposed to the support 11, which has a base electrode 9 formed on a surface opposed to the semiconductor laser chip 12, the anode electrode and base electrode 9 being electrically connected to each other through a bonding member 7 containing a bonding material 5 and a heat-conductive member 6, having larger heat conductivity than the bonding material 5, in the bonding material 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
