PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor that can increase capacity and has low ESR. SOLUTION: The capacitor comprises: an anode that is made of a valve metal and forms irregularities on the surface; a dielectric layer formed while the surface of the anode is oxidized; and a cathode that is formed on the surface of the dielectric layer and has a solid electrolyte layer containing aπ-conjugate-system conductive polymer and polyanion.
