<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transporter peptide movable across a biological membrane. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention provides a transporter peptide constituted of, at least one amino acid sequence selected from among a group consisting of (a) (X<SB>m</SB>RX<SB>o</SB>RX<SB>n</SB>); (b) (X<SB>m</SB>RRRX<SB>n</SB>); (c) (X<SB>m</SB>RRXRX<SB>n</SB>); and (d) (X<SB>m</SB>RXRRX<SB>n</SB>), wherein X is a non-basic amino acid; m is an integer of zero to fourteen; n is an integer, independent of m, between zero and fourteen; o is an integer, independent of m and n, between zero and five; and wherein the transporter peptide is movable across a biological membrane.
