<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module for stably reading solar cell module information over a long period of time, from the light-receiving surface side of the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module 1 includes a first surface 2a to which the solar beam is incident, a second surface 2b arranged at the rear side of the first surface 2a; a plurality of solar cell elements 3 provided between the first surface 2a and the second surface 2b; a solar cell panel 2 having a lead 4 that is electrically connected to the plurality of solar cell elements 3; a box 6, including a terminal 5, electrically connected to the lead 4 and arranged in the side of the second surface 2b of the solar cell panel 2; and an RFID tag 7 which stores identification information and is arranged within the box 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
