PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus mounting structure in which air inside a cabinet flows smoothly. SOLUTION: A supporting fixture 8 is fixed into a mounting hole 5 which is located on an apparatus mounting portion 4 of a mounting angle 3, and a mounting fixture 9 can be mounted on the supporting fixture 8. On the supporting fixture 8, an axis hole to mount the mounting fixture 9 and a longitudinal hole corresponding to a mounting angle at which the mounting fixture 9 can be fitted with the axis hole as a center by rotation action are located, and an apparatus mounting hole in which an apparatus 1 can be fixed is located on the mounting fixture 9.
