PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method and device of casted concrete, which has high reliability and certainly performs inspection of the whole region of casted concrete including a sheath pipe and driven pile. SOLUTION: Two wires 14 are kept in parallel with a waterproof insulator, a sensor cable 12 whose terminal end is short-circuited by a resistor 15 is buried in the longitudinal direction of the inside of the cast concrete 11, an alternating current signal such as sine wave, a rectangular pulse, or a step-like pulse is applied from a measuring device 19 to the input side of the sensor cable, the current flowing at this time is measured, the measured current data is compared with preset reference current data, and the state of the cast concrete is inspected.
