PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a dissolved carbon dioxide concentration in high-concentration carbonated water. SOLUTION: Carbon dioxide dissolved solution having a known concentration is diluted and mixed into calcium hydroxide aqueous solution having a known concentration with a plurality of dilution rates, and a calibration curve between the dissolved carbon dioxide concentration and a turbidity is determined. A plurality of first stage diluted solutions acquired by diluting carbon dioxide dissolved undiluted solution having an unknown concentration with each different dilution rate are prepared, and each second stage diluted solution is prepared by diluting and mixing furthermore each first stage diluted solution into calcium hydroxide aqueous solution having the same concentration as that used in a calibration curve detection process, and the turbidity of each second stage diluted solution clouded by generated calcium carbonate is measured. A linear approximate expression between the dilution rate and the turbidity is determined, and after subtracting an intercept of the linear approximate expression from the turbidity of each second stage diluted solution, a dilution magnification of the second stage is multiplied to calculate a corrected turbidity, and the dissolved carbon dioxide concentration of the second stage diluted solution calculated by dividing the corrected turbidity by a coefficient of the calibration curve is divided by a dilution rate of the first stage diluted solution.
