PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryogenic fluid storage and delivery device capable of supplying gas fluid to a user even when the cryogenic fluid storage and delivery device is subject to any condition (for example, an inverted condition). SOLUTION: The cryogenic fluid storage and delivery device is provided with a cryogenic fluid storage tank 2a storing cryogenic liquid fluid in the inner side and applying pressure to the cryogenic liquid fluid to deliver it without changing the liquid state and with a first gasification means 12 for gasifying the liquid fluid delivered from the cryogenic fluid storage tank 2a.
