The contact (3) has base and longitudinal sides (4, 5) connected with each other over a bending area in a hinged manner, where the contact is formed in a hinged manner. The contact is made of strip of conducting sheet metal or is cut to exhibit an L-shape in a side view. The base side is provided for soldering on the printed circuit board. The longitudinal side is connected with the base side by a breaking- and/or bending area (6). The longitudinal side forms electrical connection area for connecting electrical conductors and/or counter contacts. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a connection device comprising a connection housing (2) a method for laminating the items with electrical connecting contacts.
