<p>In a component mounting apparatus, a mounting head (33) having a second camera (35) or a mounting head without a camera can be selected and attached. In the case of using the apparatus by attaching the mounting head (33) having the second camera (35), a first camera is removed from between a component supplying apparatus (20) and a conveyer (13) to shift the component supplying apparatus (20) to the side of the conveyer (13), and an interval between the component supplying apparatus (20) and the conveyer (13) is reduced. Under such status, a component supplied from a feeder (23) is sucked by a suction nozzle (34) of the mounting head (33) having the second camera (35), and the image of the sucked component is picked up by the second camera (35) to be image-processed. Thus, in the case of using the mounting head (33) having the second camera (35), a cycle time is shortened by reducing a shift distance of the mounting head (33) between a suction station and a mounting station.</p> |
