A natural wooden veneer surface synthetic resin sheet preserving cubic grain of wood is provided to be no thermal shrinkage or thermal expansion and to have no air gap in which an interlayer delamination and moisture of the configuration sheet penetrate. A natural wooden veneer surface synthetic resin sheet preserving cubic grain of wood is manufactured by covering and thermocompressing a metallic foil(3) on melamine impregnation overlay paper after laminating successively a synthetic resin sheet(5), a natural pattern wood sheet(1a) and a melamine impregnation overlay paper(4a) from a lower part. A glass fiber paper(2) in which the synthetic resin having a liquid phase or a gel phase is coated or impregnated and the melamine impregnation underlay(4b) are inserted between the synthetic resin sheet and the natural pattern wood sheet.
