A tool holding module is provided to prevent damage of the tool or deterioration of precision when machining metal with a tool, and to increase machining accuracy and service life by preventing vibration and damage of the tool. A tool holding module comprises: a fixing tool seat(10) having a fixing tool head(20) disposed on one side end thereof; and a tool rod(30) joined with the fixing tool seat to surround the fixing tool head. The fixing tool seat and the fixing tool head are assembled into one-piece component. The tool rod includes an extension rod, a grip member, and a nut.
