<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate recording reservation for program of viewable channels in a recording apparatus for recording video data obtained from the received broadcast wave and a broadcast receiving device for receiving broadcast wave. <P>SOLUTION: A DVD recorder 11 is provided with a recording means for recording video data and a communication means for communicating with external tuner through network. The DVD recorder 11 has a viewable channel presentation request means for transmitting a request for presentation of the viewable channel information showing viewable channels set by the external tuner by the communication means to the external tuner, and a recording reservation setting means for setting recording reservation to record external video data to be transmitted from the external tuner through network in the recording means following the viewable channel information to be presented from the external tuner according to the presentation request. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
