<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration measuring method and concentration measuring apparatus of a detecting object that requires only small amounts of sample and used reagent, charges a small environmental load, and is simple, rapid, inexpensive and accurate. <P>SOLUTION: The sample 15 containing the detecting object is filled into a vessel 16 for the sample, a vessel 11 for reagent liquid is filled with the reagent liquid 13 containing the reagent acting on the detecting object; pressure is applied to this vessel 11 for reagent liquid by a piezo-electric element 12; a droplet of the particulate-like reagent liquid 13 whose particle size is 100 μm or smaller is injected and made to collide with the sample 15, and the motion of the region of the variation in optical property in the sample 15 generated by interaction between the reagent and the detecting object is detected using an observer 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
