PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aggregate result preferred by a user in a technology for optimizing the cost of forming an aggregate image. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus has an attribute determining part 202 in an image processing part 104 for determining an attribute of colors of a manuscript, a control part 107 for executing an aggregate recording process which aggregates image data of a plurality of manuscripts into the image data for one sheet, and a fee calculating part 106 for calculating a fee when printing the manuscript. The fee calculating part 106 calculates the fee in printing by using a determination result by the attribute determining part 202 for respective aggregate methods of different combination of the manuscripts aggregated by the aggregate recording process.
