<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte fuel cell having a flat support body causing a warp and sufficient gas diffusion performance, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: An opposed layer 30 is formed of a solid electrolyte material similar to a material of a solid electrolyte layer 27 and formed in a square frame shape of a square along the outer periphery of a fuel electrode 25. A recessed part 51 with a thin central portion of the fuel electrode 25 is formed at the inner side in the surface direction of this opposed layer 30. That is, a step 57 is formed between a non-exposed face 53 on which the opposed layer 30 is laminated (surface of the fuel electrode) and an exposed face 55 on which the opposed layer 30 is not laminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
