PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved rubber cushion which is excellent in buckling strength or durability, and improves damping performance in gouging, leaning, torsion or the like, and integrated strength or durability between a rubber section and a hard flange. SOLUTION: In the rubber cushion formed by interposing a rubber section 1 between flanges 2 and 3, a rubber section 1 is formed in a profile that both ends diameters in axis P direction connecting the flanges 2 and 3 mutually are big, that a diameter at axis P directional center is small and profiles drum in a side view, and that it profiles circle in axis P directional view, additionally when a diameter of maximum neck part 1a of the rubber section 1 is 2r, an axial length of the rubber section 1 is H, a cross-sectional area of the maximum part 1a is SA, a contact area between the flanges 2 and 3 of the rubber section 1 is SO, and an angle of tangent m with respect to the flanges 2 and 3 in a part in which an outline L contacts the flanges 2 and 3 in a side view of the rubber section 1 isθ, it is constituted so that relations of 1≤H/2r≤2 (1), 2≤SO/SA≤4 (2), andθ=45±10°(3) can be formed.
