<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polynuclear complex which can be relatively easily formed and also has functions such as a light-emitting property, catalytic activity and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A polynuclear complex which has≥2 metal atoms and/or metal ions per one ligand expressed by formula (I).
