PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor structure which obtains a strong adhesion force for engagement of a rotor magnet and a shaft, and easily determines an amount of an adhesive filled between the rotor magnet and the shaft. SOLUTION: In the rotor structure composed of the cylindrical rotor magnet and the shaft engaged with a shaft hole of the rotor magnet, the rotor structure is characterized in that: the shape of a cross section of the shaft hole of the rotor magnet is a regular polygon which is formed of a flat surface and a corner; the external peripheral surface of the shaft abuts on the flat surface and is engaged with it; gaps are formed between and among the corner, the flat surface and the shaft; a tapered chamfered part which is gradually expanded in diameter toward an end face is formed at least at one end of the shaft hole; and the adhesive is filled between the gaps by injecting the adhesive into the tapered chamfered part.
