PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for the detection of a substance to be detected. SOLUTION: This sensor has a diaphragm 1103 and a piezoelectric element 1102, both of which generate a standing waves, a capturing part for capturing the target matter arranged at the nodal position of the standing wave and a TMR element 1101 for detecting the target matter captured by the capturing part.
