PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crawler type traveling device capable of being tread-changed in a more suitable range by a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the crawler type traveling device, a drive wheel is mounted to a rear axle of a traveling machine body and a crawler wound on the drive wheel is circulated/turning-traveled in a circumferential direction by rotating/driving the drive wheel. The drive wheel is provided with an inner ring body detachably mounted to a mounting part at a rear axle side; and an outer ring body detachably mounted to the inner ring body. The inner ring body integrally has a mounting base part at an inner peripheral side and an outer ring mounting part at an outer peripheral side mutually displaced in a left/right direction, and the outer ring body integrally has a mounting base part at an inner peripheral side and an outer peripheral wall part at an outer peripheral side mutually displaced in a left/right direction. The mounting base part of the inner ring body can be detachably fixed to a mounting part at a front axle side by reversely rotating the inner ring body to left/right sides such that the outer ring mounting part is position-changed in the left/right direction, and the mounting base part of the outer ring body can be detachably fixed to the outer ring mounting part of the inner ring body by reversely rotating the outer ring body to left/right sides relative to the inner ring body.
