PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily connect a parent wheeled cart and a treatment chamber in order to deploy and retract a child wheeled cart between the parent wheeled cart and the treatment chamber by moving the child wheeled cart, and when the child wheeled cart is loaded to the parent wheeled cart or the treatment chamber, to automatically lock the child wheeled cart to the parent wheeled cart or the treatment chamber without requiring a manual operation. SOLUTION: A bridge plate 28 is provided to a front end portion of the parent wheeled cart 6 so as to be pivotable around a support shaft 30, for bridging between the parent wheeled cart 6 and a treatment chamber 3. A stopper 21 is a member extending to a front-and-rear direction along which a child wheeled cart 7 travels. The stopper 21 is provided to a rear end portion of the child wheeled cart 7 so as to be pivotable around a support shaft 49 along a right-and-left direction, and is arranged such that a front end portion thereof is lowered due to its own weight to be inclined. When the child wheeled cart 7 is loaded from the treatment chamber 3 to the parent wheeled cart 6 or from the parent wheeled cart 6 to the treatment chamber 3, the front end portion of the stopper 21 runs onto inclined faces 27 and 57 provided to stopper portions 22 and 53 to be fitted into recessed portions 25 and 56 provided to the stopper portions 22 and 53.
