PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet capable of suppressing shortage of a life of a member constituting a household electric appliance cabinet at low costs because steam generated by a household electric appliance is directly exposed to an inside of a household electric appliance storage space or makes dew condensation, by placing a case body with an inner surface subjected to hydrophilic processing, in a household electric appliance storing space, so that one surface is open, without using electric accessary components, such as a steam discharge unit, a fan, and an exhaust duct. SOLUTION: The cabinet is constituted so that the case body having an opening part corresponding to a front opening part in the household electric appliance storing space is provided in the household electric appliance storing space of the cabinet, the inside of the case body is subjected to hydrophilic processing, and at least a ceiling part of the case body has an inclination.
