A packing for food processing plant composed of rubber and black iron oxide powder admixed uniformly in the rubber, a piping joint structure for food processing plant employing the packing, and an O-ring for food processing plant, for surely removing foreign matter incident to local collapse brought about by deterioration of the packing with the lapse of time without forming resistance to fluid flowing through piping and without causing clogging of mesh.
